As a seasoned Los Angeles lawyer and litigator, my experience practicing business, real estate and employment litigation, has focused my objective for my clients — which is to get their matters resolved effectively, efficiently and properly. Business Litigation and Real Estate
I represent business and real estate owners in litigation concerning the quality of services provided, the failure to pay for services rendered, fraudulent business dealings and a host of other problems that arise in the business and real estate arena. I represent and counsel business owners, real estate owners and developers, landlords, tenants, real estate brokers and agents, escrow agents, property managers, homeowner insurance companies and title insurance companies. Wrongful Termination Litigation
I also represent employees in labor litigation, who have been wrongfully (illegally) terminated by their employers. When an employee is wrongfully terminated, the employer often creates a false pretext to justify their illegal conduct. I can help you determine if your termination was pretextual, whether you have a valid claim and, if so, I will help you pursue and resolve your claim.
Bankruptcy Litigation
In the bankruptcy arena, I represent and defend creditors who have been sued by the bankruptcy trustee for monies allegedly owed to the bankruptcy estate or whose lawsuits in state court are stayed by the debtor’s filing of a bankruptcy petition. I also assist creditors who need help filing their claim against the bankruptcy estate.
